Job Description

Reesink Dealer Network Prairie AG CenterPosition: Service AdvisorLocation: Vegreville, Alberta (Onsite)Number of Positions: 1Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm Employment Type: Full‑time Eligibility: Must be legally entitled to work in Canada YOU matter to US!If you’re eager to join a team of motivated professionals who make a real difference, you’ve found the right place. If your skills match the description below, we can’t wait to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Support the Service Manager by organizing and prioritizing customer inquiries and responses
  • Liaise with the shop foreman and technicians to delegate and prioritize repair and maintenance tasks
  • Schedule appointments; follow up diligently with customers and suppliers
  • Generate, track, and close service work orders from start to finish
  • Collect payment for service work orders and monitor accounts receivable
  • Pitch in with additional duties as needed to ensure smooth shop operations
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding communication skills—clear, persuasive, and professional
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with a knack for precision
  • Self‑motivated and able to work autonomously, yet thrives in a team environment
  • Strong computer literacy, including inventory management and scheduling software
  • Familiarity with agricultural equipment and parts; industry experience is a strong asset
  • Dependable, respectful, and committed to delivering superior customer service
  • Valid driver’s license required; willingness to work scheduled weekends/evenings for on‑call duties
