With a history dating back over a century, this firm is dedicated to providing high-quality legal services and has built lasting relationships with many key businesses in the community.Position Overview:The firm is seeking a Solicitor Lawyer with a minimum of seven years of experience to support its expanding client base. This role offers a balance of independent file management and collaborative client work.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse range of solicitor matters, including corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions.
  • Provide practical and strategic legal advice to long-standing business clients.
  • Collaborate with team members on complex files while maintaining independent client relationships.
  • Ensure effective communication and relationship management with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of seven years of experience practicing as a solicitor.
  • Strong background in business law, real estate, and estate planning is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
