  • Build and maintain knowledge of clients operations and risk exposures.
  • Collaborate to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions.
  • Review and revise insurance program in collaboration with clients, to ensure complete and appropriate coverage.
  • Resolving client issues and concerns in partnership with service team colleagues
  • Interacting and communicating regularly with colleagues to ensure expected standards of service are delivered to all clients.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding and knowledge of all available Aon resources.
  • Introducing the service team to clients as their day-to-day point of contact for ongoing service needs and ensuring smooth communication and coordination with the client.
  • Collaborate on establishing client service plans
  • Supporting client relationships in order to cultivate new business opportunities
  • Coordinating the efforts of technical and support staff to service clients efficiently

  • 10 Years of Commercial Insurance Experience preferred, but minimum 5 years of successful experience in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Level II Insurance License will be required, may be obtained post-hire
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both verbally and written
  • Being curious and committed to life-long learning and growth
  • Customer-focused with proven relationship building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimum supervision
  • Meticulous attention to detail, refined organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritize concurrent deliverables under defined timelines
  • Strong digital literacy and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Package.
  • Occasional travel within Canada may be required
