It is our philosophy to provide our clients with professional service, while at the same time maintaining a positive work environment for our employees.Who We’re Looking ForSeaFirst Insurance is seeking a full-time or part-time Administrative Assistant to join our friendly and client-focused team.The successful applicant will possess:

  • A positive attitude and outstanding customer service skills that provide a warm and friendly environment for all clients
  • Minimum 1-year experience in an administrative role
  • Strong computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS Office
  • A teamwork mindset while also contributing to a positive team spirit
  • Experience with operating a multi-line phone system
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to multi-task
The primary responsibility of the person in this position is to be the first point of contact for customer inquiries in-person, by phone, and by email. Other duties may include, and are not limited to:
  • Bank Deposits
  • Delegating incoming communication to appropriate departments
  • Processing of outgoing and incoming mail
  • Office supplies ordering
  • Data entry and integrity
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time, permanent.Hours of work will fall into the office’s opening hours, however not earlier than 8:00am or later than 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday.
