Greet all patients and notify dental hygienists and assistants of their arrival; Prepare, and send emails, invoices, and other documents; Answer and direct multiple line phone; Schedule appointments; Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits; Assist patients with their paperwork; Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems; Order supplies and maintain inventory; File and maintain patient charts; Must have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and secondary school graduation certificate; Collaborate with staff; Attention to detail; Computer savvy.
