WDST is the custodian of key workforce development program data and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to collect, analyze and report results.Reporting to the Senior Program Evaluation Analyst, the Program Evaluation Analyst is responsible for planning, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on program performance, and providing recommendations for improvement on AEST’s suite of WDA-funded labour market programs. These programs support individuals, employers and communities throughout B.C. in their skills training and employment needs.
