WDST is the custodian of key workforce development program data and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to collect, analyze and report results.Reporting to the Senior Program Evaluation Analyst, the Program Evaluation Analyst is responsible for planning, monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on program performance, and providing recommendations for improvement on AEST’s suite of WDA-funded labour market programs. These programs support individuals, employers and communities throughout B.C. in their skills training and employment needs.   • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience in related subject matter.
Related experience must include all the following:
  • Experience in analyzing, reviewing, and evaluating program performance.
  • Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience developing program evaluation or performance measurement recommendations.
  • Experience in using common office software to manage data sets, develop charts and tables.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and briefing notes for executive.
  • Preference may be given to applicants with the following experience:
  • Using qualitative and quantitative analytics software (e.g., NVivo, MAXQDA, SPSS, Stata, R, etc.)
  • Project management skills and experience (e.g., developing project charters, evaluation plans, etc.,)
