  • Defining and delivering the technical projects/strategies/architectures for the Work Life Shift capability in the support of the customer accounts, projects and pursuit / resign solutions and working with their peers to understand the customer, market and technology requirements
  • For the creation, iteration, and maintenance of structures such as enterprise and business architectures embodying the key principles, methods and models that describe the future direction of the customers, enabling continuous evolution of customer solutions in line with Fujitsu strategic solution development across the Work Life Shift competency
  • Leading a team of highly capable Solution, Domain, System Architects and Technical Consultants who will provide deep level technical architecture and consulting across the Work Life Shift competency
  • Participate and manage Technical Governance, Resource Planning and Recruitment outcomes as it relates to the Work Life Shift Group
  • Proactive engagement of the customer leadership teams to ensure the Architectural services performed by the Design layer of the business are meeting our customers’ needs and subsequently, providing a strong basis for customer relationships where Fujitsu is a trusted advisor within the Work Life Shift competency
  • Providing input and collaborating in the development and maintenance of the technical health of our customer account solutions and roadmaps in line with agreed schedules, programmes, account plans and contractual commitments
  • Staff development through coaching, staff rotations, development and training programs to provide the range of specialist skillsets and multi-disciplinary capabilities within the Work Life Shift competency that align to Fujitsu Oceania’s and our customers’ needs
  • Building and maintaining strong leadership relationships with other local or regional leaders within Sales, Customer Engagement, Service Delivery and Portfolio as well as with Fujitsu Japan and other international regions (as required)
  • Provide leadership your regional Architecture community maintaining and enabling a continuous regional focus on customers, culture and functions as needed.
  • Developing the frameworks, process and required models to grow the Technical Consulting related to the Work Life Shift; working closely with all stakeholders to derive the areas we need technical consulting
  • Development of deep architectural specialism across the Work Life Shift
  • Support of new customer pursuits, pre-sales activities and strategic projects that demand market leading deep technology specialism
Building your own path to success:To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Leads and coaches all types of Architects and Technical Consultants pertaining to Work Life Shift to help them identify business opportunities and define business requirements
  • Responsible for the effective governance of the Work Life Shift technical architectures including reference architectures to support he Portfolio for Work Life Shift
  • Responsible for ensuring the management of cost and risk across the Work Life Shift practice, owning the approach for technology and Work Life Shift advisory, strategy for larger/more complex engagements, assurance and identifying project level risks and remedies
  • Develops and shares original thinking on significant areas of technology change with the Technical Consulting and Technology Advisory practice resources providing future direction input to influence all relevant Portfolios
  • Works with key business stakeholders (particularly Consulting) connection points to ensure a consistent and coherent go-to-market strategy around technology advisory
  • Manages the practice to agree customer and market requirements and produces the advisory approach, setting criteria for the design of engagements
  • Communicates the impact of emerging technologies within the Work Life Shift technology and solutions landscape on customer and Fujitsu’s business
  • Establishing working frameworks and collaboration with the Portfolio Architect for Work Life Shift and the broader ecosystems of Architecture
  • Responsible for development and execution of Personal Learning Plans of the member of the Work Life Shift Practice and provides mentoring to junior members of the WorkLife Shift Architecture practice and or wider organisation
  • Responsible for providing input into the Skills Matrix for Technology Advisory domain as well as identifying new skills demands and where possible for casting the support, they will need form Delivery and operation in the delivery of their domain and its engagement with Sales, Marketing, Projects and Delivery
  • Responsible for working closely with the aligned Engineering and Operations Work Life Shift to ensure continuity of technical projects from Design through to Build and Run
  • Responsible for setting up the “communities” with their counter parts across Work Life Shift and ensuring we are sharing collateral, architectures and approaches as it pertains to the domain
