  • A diploma in a related field (such as Business Administration, Commerce, Public Sector Management, Public Administration, Human Resources) and a minimum of two years related experience*. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
    • Related experience must include at least 4 of the following:
    • Experience managing a portfolio of clients in a customer service environment
    • Experience providing end-to-end recruitment and advice to hiring managers and applicants
    • Experience conducting research, analyzing workforce data and contributing to recommendations for a senior management/executive audience
    • Experience handling multiple priorities concurrently
    • Experience writing for an executive/senior-level leadership audience. Examples include reports, executive summaries, briefing notes, decision notes, information notes, concept papers, and options papers
    • Experience building partnerships and providing Human Resources advice to clients, including facilitating discussions, consulting and making recommendations
    • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Preference may be given to applicants with:
  • Experience handling multiple priorities concurrently
  • Experience working with/or contributing to Strategic Workforce Planning, Retention, Succession Management, Employee Engagement strategies and implementation
  • Experience managing projects or project components
