  • Completion of relevant post-secondary training or equivalent. Preference may be given to candidates with a degree in public administration, political science, communications, or another related field.
  • Experience in a senior administrative role with the relevant experiences listed below.
    • Experience managing diverse, constantly evolving workloads proactively, effectively, independently and under pressure. Preference may be given to applicants with at least two years in this experience.
    • Experience dealing with highly confidential and sensitive issues in the workplace. Preference may be given to applicants with at least two years in this experience.
    • Experience working with budgets, forecasting, procurement, and contract management. Preference may be given to applicants with at least two years in this experience.
    • Experience providing advice to staff on operational and/or HR matters. Preference may be given to applicants with at least two years in this experience.
