• Degree in Public or Business Administration or another related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience leading program delivery and supervising teams with subordinate supervisors
• A minimum of one (1) years’ experience interpreting and applying legislation, regulations, and policies in the context of program delivery
• Experience leading or supporting the implementation of complex service initiatives
• Experience delivering projects or programs that have multiple delivery components and deadlines
• Experience working directly with other programs, agencies, special interest groups, and/or clients in the delivery of public programs
• Experience managing vendors and/or contracted agencies through contract management, problem solving, and/or conflict resolution
• Experience in developing communications and delivering presentations

Preferences may be given to applicants with:

• Two (2) years or more experience leading or supporting the implementation of complex service initiatives
• Two (2) years or more experience managing vendors and/or contracted agencies through contract management, problem solving, and/or conflict resolution
• Experience supervising in a unionized environment
• Experience leading virtual teams
• Experience using data analytics and KPIs
