Job Description

The Strathcona Hotel, in beautiful Victoria British Columbia Canada is looking to hire a reliable, mature and energetic individual to join our beverage department.Our ideal candidate is reliable, accurate and hard working. You must be able to work alone as well as in a team.Shifts: 7:30am-3:30pmDuties and Responsibilities

  • Bar inventory
  • Receive liquor deliveries
  • Put away deliveries
  • Help with general bar product prep.

  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate with public, hotel staff, and management in professional manner
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Must be able to move kegs
  • Must enjoy moving
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Comfortable standing for long periods of time
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving skills
