Job Description

Position Description:We are seeking a hard-working Junior Business Analyst looking to kick-start their career through joining our growing and dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to work under the mentorship of our leadership team, experienced professionals to assist and support them, while developing your skills. The leadership team receives numerous requests for resources, SoW’s, qualifications, etc. on a daily/weekly basis. Were looking for an analyst to follow, track and sort on what/when CGI has already responded/not responded to. This can be 15-20 per day, potentially responding to 30-40 SoW’s at any given time.At CGI, our strength is built on our ability to work together. We are seeking someone who thrives in this setting and is inspired to craft meaningful solutions through true collaboration.Your future duties and responsibilities:We are looking for a junior resource who has strong business acumen and organizational skills who can receive/access these requests to CGI, log, assess, communicate with leadership teams, and then aid and provide support as the team determines the response.What We’re Looking for:

  • Takes accountability for results and exhibits a “can do” demeanor.
  • Has an appetite to continuously evolve and improve, address difficult problems and seek/give constant feedback.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and is able to move forward without having all of the answers.
  • Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.
  • Ready to complete a 4-8-month co-op term starting January 2023
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:Your Qualifications:
  • Previous co-op/internship experience will be an asset.
  • Currently enrolled in a business administration related program.
  • Analytical conduct and good problem-solving skills.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
