This is a unique position that requires a particular skill set. Currently, we put out over 500 boxed meals per day; 250 breakfasts (hot and cold) and 250 dinners (hot). The meals are boxed and delivered to various sites around Victoria. The current Chef will be migrating to opening Jones Bar B Que Langford and we are hiring a new Chef to take over the daily operation.The menus are already set, we truly need a person that can maintain ordering, par levels, food costs and most of all be a good leader to a small team of Cooks.Any camp or large scale economy catering experience will be a huge asset in this position. We do this from a dedicated kitchen on Johnson Street.We serve the meals seven days per week and three hundred and sixty five days per year inclusive of all holidays.Despite us only having a five to six month guarantee on this project, we feel it will last longer than that. We are also a very dynamic Company and are always taking on new projects.
