Keep reading to find out if this role is meant for you!What youll be doing...The Change Management and Communications Advisor role is a key player in leading change and will act as a conduit between The Victoria Transit team and the many BC Transit Corporate Project teams to ensure we are ready to execute on initiatives that impact our 770 people and 300 buses. Some of these projects include the transition to low carbon fleet, electronic fare collection, and a new Transit Center.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams at BC Transit to deliver change management programs including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and impact analysis to ensure corporate initiatives are rolled out successfully across the maintenance services department. Your change management plans will make complex change easy for our people.The change management plans you bring to the table will guide the Leadership Team to achieve operational success and drive adoption for end-users.
