  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience providing administrative and financial support services for staff.
  • Experience arranging meetings and travel for a manager or staff.
  • Experience in standard computer applications including Word, Excel, Outlook Calendar, Outlook Email, PowerPoint and MS Teams.
  • Experience managing a manager’s MS Outlook Calendar.
Preference may be given to applicants with:
  • Diploma or certificate in Office Administration or Secretarial/Clerical Program.
  • Experience in CLIFF, e-Approvals and iExpense.
