The Branch is responsible for developing strategic frameworks, standards, policies, legislation/regulation, and guidance for species and ecosystems and setting priorities for conservation and recovery of species and ecosystems that guide the actions of the Natural Resource Sector (NRS).   • Secondary school graduation or equivalent. Preference may be given to applicants with post-secondary coursework completed in business administration or related field.
  • Experience taking executive meeting minutes.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience coordinating meeting logistics (booking events, travel).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience with correspondence tracking.
  • Minimum 1 years’ of experience coordinating all financial activities in an organization (budget, contract administration, accounts payable, purchasing). Preference may be given to candidates with minimum 2 years of this experience.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in human resources.
  • Experience supervising and leading others. Preference may be given to candidates with minimum 1 year of this experience.
  • Preference may be given to applicants with experience in an Administrative Coordinator role.
