This role will assist with a variety of division initiatives, including administrative, communication, employee engagement and financial support services.   • Secondary school graduation or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum of six (6) months experience in EACH of the following:
    • Experience providing a comprehensive range of administrative, and/or financial support, and/or communications support in a busy office setting.
    • Experience drafting a variety of documentation including newsletters, correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
    • Experience working in a high-volume customer service environment.
Preference may be given to applicants with one or more of the following:
  • Post-secondary education, or formal training in office or business administration, basic accounting or other related area.
  • Experience organizing and maintaining calendars, schedules and agendas; and arranging and coordinating meetings, events, and travel requirements.
  • Experience using e-approvals and CLIFF systems.
  • Experience working with ARCS/ORCS Record Management Systems.
