Administrative AssistantClerk Stenographer R9There are currently 2 positions available: 1 permanent and 1 temporary until June 1, 2023; the temporary opportunity may be extended or become permanent.These positions have on-site, office-based requirements.   • Secondary school graduation (or higher) or equivalent.
  • Experience in proof-reading and correcting or editing a variety of documents and business correspondence.
  • Experience in keyboarding, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and other standard computer applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Experience working with records management and/or filing systems.
  • Experience working in an office setting.
Preference may be given to applicants with one or more of the following:
  • One (1) or more years’ secretarial/clerical/administrative experience gained in an office environment.
  • Experience with ARCS/ORCS
  • Experience with eApprovals
  • Experience with EDRMS
  • Experience with CLIFF
