More information can be found here.A great opportunity to advance your administrative careerReporting to the Director, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing records management (e.g. ARCS/ORCS) advice and support, in consultation with the Ministry Records Officer (MRO), to the Division, and providing administrative and other support services to the Manager and the Branch.Pharmaceutical, Laboratory & Blood Services Division comprises of five branches: (1) Clinical Services & Evaluation, responsible for patient specific drug coverage requests, drug optimization initiatives to improve patient outcomes, performance measures, and national pharmaceutical strategies. (2) Integrated Health Services Planning & Systems, responsible to coordinate and improve the integration of health services planning and systems (i.e. PharmaNet) across the Ministry, with PHSA, Regional Health Authorities and key stakeholders. (3) Pharmaceutical Policy, Legislation & Engagement, responsible for guiding the development, evaluation and research of pharmaceutical policies that support equitable and sustainable patient access to effective drug therapy. (4) Therapeutic Assessment and Access, responsible for managing the PharmaCare formulary, responsible for leading specialized drug programs and contractual relations possible for the services and products available.
