Applications are now being accepted for the position of a permanent, full-time Customer Care Representative for PlumbingOnline.ca. This position is located at our Head Office in Victoria, BC.   • provide friendly and timely customer care through e-mail, chat and phone in a fast-paced, energetic, and fun workplace
  • organize and prioritize customer requests
  • research solutions for customers and present them in a helpful and friendly manner
  • collaborate with other E-Commerce team members to better serve our customers
  • help us learn from your customer care experiences

Starting wage $18.50-$22.00/hr. Wages may be scaled with relevant experience.Essential:
  • Completion of Grade 12
  • at least two years of experience providing customer care in a retail or wholesale business
  • a passion for helping customers and creating a positive experience
  • the ability to work effectively and problem solve within a team
  • the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced and fun work environment
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
  • Bilingual (English and French) written and verbal communication skills
