We are seeking Customer Service and Sales Development Representatives (Remote) to join our team! You will be responsible for growing and serving a targeted group of new and existing customers via phone, zoom and emails, as well as prospecting for new opportunitiesOur Customer Contact team is the heart of our operation and our Customer Service and Sales Development Representatives excel at identifying customer needs and providing customized solutions that result in memorable experiences for our customers.   • Grow and develop an assigned group of targeted customers via phone and email
  • Follow up on daily flow of internal sales leads and prospects for opportunities.
  • Identify key customer needs and business objectives and align them with products and services.
  • Help resolve customer issues and concerns
Required Education, Skills, Abilities and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, sales and other related fields
  • You are a team player, strong communicator and someone whos able to thrive in an ever-changing environment
