The savvy Daytime Janitor knows that the highest level of quality work goes undetected by guests so attention to detail + a strong work ethic is an absolute must.This position requires physical strength and stamina for the following daily activities: cleaning and polishing floors, washing windows, maintaining common areas including restrooms, lobby, hallways, patio, and pool deck of the resort.About you.

• An extreme attention to detail + respect for what you do
• Pride to play your part in creating a competent team of caring housekeeping professionals
• Conscious of housekeeping resources + using resources wisely for the environment
• Consideration for team members + multi-cultural aware and savvy – you’re someone that looks out for others because teamwork means everything to you
• An interest in learning and/or teaching the most effective methods to meet high standards of cleanliness
• Respect for colleagues, managers, and guests alike
• A sense of humour + a fearless attitude about what needs to get done
• Good command of English + prior housekeeping or customer service experience an asset
• Neat, clean, and friendly appearance
• Availability for work mornings, afternoons, weekends and/or holidays
• Own or have access to reliable transportation
• Known in your circles (of friends, family, and work) for being dependable and reliable
• Ability to perform physical work, stand/walk for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs
