Job Description

We are looking to hire a Ecommerce Professional for our online sales department. The role would include light web design/maintenance, SEO work, marketing and site optimization as well as day to day roles such as Live Chatting with customers, processing online orders and creating a world class online experience.A Bit About The Job:

  • Full time position.
  • The sales associate would be responsible for facilitating a world class online experience with a mission to grow the site and a vision to make it industry leading
  • Working with marketing strategies to bring more people to the site and insight into the customer journey and how it can improve
  • Engaging with customers on live chat, virtual shopping appointments and processing online orders
  • Create new web content
  • The team is friendly and helpful but the majority of interactions in this position will be virtual.
A Bit About You:
  • You love bikes (bonus if you know a bit about them)
  • Your proficient with computers (preferred but not mandatory) (HTML, coding)
  • Your committed to giving your best effort and are self motivated and able to work independently
  • You are comfortable with a virtual environment and happy having most of your interactions be virtual
  • You understand hospitality and have the highest standards for customer service
Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $21.50-$26.00 per hourAdditional pay:
  • Bonus pay
Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
