  • Grade 12 plus a certificate in office administration; OR
  • Grade 12 completion plus 2 years office administration experience; OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • 2 years experience working in a confidential capacity.
Preference may be given to candidates with:
  • Experience with electronic file tracking system (i.e., CLIFF and eApproval systems).
  • Experience with records management system (i.e., ARCS/ORCS) and LAN management.
  • Experience with calendar management.
