Duties will include but are not limited to, grounds keeping, including garbage pickup, snow and ice removal, leaf blowing, power washing etc., routine pool chemical and systems checks and using the Resort’s work order system to address minor maintenance tasks including troubleshooting and problem solving.About you.

• The ability to communicate clearly & effectively
• A sense of self-leadership, and a feeling of being accountable for your work
• Strong attention to detail to catch, what otherwise might be overlooked
• Strong time management skills and confidence in their own skills and resourcefulness
• Confidence + calmness in every interaction - people feel like they are in capable hands with you
• A willingness to share your unique strengths with the team and bring diversity to the team
• An open-mind and are willing to learning new skills and take on new responsibilities

• Foundational knowledge of carpentry, electrical and/or plumbing an asset, but not required
• Completion of BCRPA Pool Operator Training an asset, but not required
• Availability for work on evenings, weekends and/or holidays

• Own/have access to reliable transportation
• Known in your circles (of friends, family, and work) for being dependable and reliable
• Stamina to perform physical work, stand/walk for long periods of time
