Keep reading to find out if this role is meant for you!What youll be doing...The Fleet Warranty Coordinator will maintain all warranty administration processes for Provincial Systems transit vehicles. This person will be a liaison between manufacturers and operating companies. They will process warranty claims for both new and existing vehicles as well as investigate outstanding claims with manufacturing companies to ensure timely payment for warranty work being done.What youll bring to the table...We love lifelong Learners and recommend the following mix of education or certifications to be successful in conjunction with relevant experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative office preferably in an asset management environment
  • Post-secondary education and/or administrative training
  • Advanced skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Fleet maintenance knowledge an asset
