The Victoria Regent Waterfront Hotel & Suites is looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must display exceptional guest service skills to our valued clientele, and be able to maintain a friendly manner while working under pressure.Duties include:Greet customersAnswer phones/direct callsMake reservations/cancellationsEmail correspondenceHandle cash/credit/debits card transactionsCheck in/out guestsResolve guest complaintsBook toursEnsure guests needs are metMust be proficient with computers, have good communication and organizational skills and a good knowledge of the city including restaurants and attractions.Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.Must have a good understanding of the English language both verbal and written.The position offered is fulltime.
