We are looking to recruit a Frontline Supervisor who brings an understanding of supporting a dynamic team in a busy environment and has an appreciation of the varying needs of the people we serve.The Frontline Supervisor is a keystone in our team. As a Frontline Supervisor, some of your key duties include: planning and assigning tasks, delegating, monitoring work assignments and staff performance, providing feedback, and ensuring client needs are met. This position ensures proper flow of communication between sites and your supervisor team, and supports follow up with emergency services and others as required. As a Frontline Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the frontline operations and safety of the site throughout your scheduled shift.We are looking for an individual that has a proven ability to respectfully supervise assigned tasks and to effectively manage a myriad of tasks and decisions that occur on shift. Someone with the philosophy, energy, and leadership skills to collaborate and succeed. You will also bring sound understanding of the support needs of people struggling with low income and complex health and housing needs. This includes experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds who face multiple barriers, such as substance use, mental health concerns, low incomes, and negative impacts of colonialism and racism.The successful candidate will lead by example in promoting a culture of health, safety, and well-being of individuals by ensuring that site specific guidelines and all health and safety policies, standards, regulations, and practices are implemented and complied with by program participants, staff, and visitors.
