You personally handle all guest complaints, review guest feedback and strive to make our guests experience better and better. For employees, you always make room for everyone to live our values and you bring a lot of fun into their workdays every day.You are an operator extraordinaire. You understand the complexities of hotel operations, enabling flawless execution of our processes, standards, policies and best practices at every level. You constantly seek out and implement ideas from your team that deliver a seamless experience for our employees and guests.You are business savvy. You are focused on driving revenue targets, maximizing room yields and managing controllable expenses to meet and exceed our operating budget.Rebel Requisites

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Hotel Management, Tourism or Hospitality, and a minimum of five years of demonstrated success in Hotel Operations.
  • Combination of education and experience is considered.
  • Leadership, integrity, and effective coaching skills.
  • Financial, revenue management, budgeting experience.
  • Demonstrated success building and motivating a team while creating and maintaining a respectful and productive work environment.
