You will Envision and Implement Customer Strategies to

You will Research and Implement Programs and Applications to

  • Deliver People Services (Triber Development, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Rewards and Benefits, Policy Governance and Compliance, Stakeholder Management, Employee Engagement) to empower Brands and Shared Services
  • Deliver digital insights through Analytical and Productivity Tools
  • Deliver SLAs, Policies, Guidelines and Templates to enable collaboration and accountability
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
  • Servant Leadership experience, in line with our Purpose and Values
  • 5-year Strategic Leadership experience in a global, multi-cultural and matrix organization
  • 5-year Digital Experience in line with our agile Mindset and data insight focus
