Job Description

Reporting to the Associate Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources Associate (HRA) will be the initial point of contact for HR reception and general inquiries. The HRA is responsible for administrative functions that support the Human Resources team such as file management, departmental mail, HR inbox, ad-hoc letter creation, new employee orientation, office supplies, expense reports, etc. The HRA will advocate for a positive employee experience by participating in a variety of departmental and organization-wide activities.Job RequirementsRequired Qualifications

  • Three to five years of related administrative experience;
  • Demonstrated advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two years post-secondary education in HR, business administration, or related field preferred;
  • Experience working in Human Resources;
  • Experience working with HRIS systems.

Additional InformationThis is a regular, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. This position has been evaluated at ADM-D with a salary range of $51,915 (minimum) to $61,077 (midpoint) to $70,238 (maximum) per annum. Employment offers will normally be made between the minimum and midpoint of the range and are determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity.
