Job Description

Inventory Associate BOHThe Original FARM is a leading cannabis retailer that empowers the customer to take the best-informed decision through thoughtful and innovative customer experience. We are cannabis educators, sharing our passion and acquired knowledge with every customer.The Inventory associate reports to the Store Manager, BOH Assistant Manager, BOH SupervisorThe responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Customer Experience:

  • Drive the store sales by ensuring that the product is always available for customers
  • Represent the values of The Original FARM Cannabis brand with utmost integrity
  • Model a customer service centric culture that fosters a positive work environment and experience
  • Maintain the store/ warehouse space at the required standards including cleanliness, digital assets as well as Health and Safety regulations
  • Ensure the brand values are consistently represented through compliance to all policies and procedures
  • Promote a work environment based on mutual respect and teamwork that align with the corporate values
  • Display behaviors that inspire and motivate the team members to perform at their highest potential
Operational Efficiency:
  • Ensure a timely and seamless execution of company’s initiatives and programs
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (industry, federal, provincial, local, corporate)
  • Maintain the health & safety standards
  • Maintain the warehouse organization and cleanliness
  • Ensure the accuracy for full inventory and cycle counts and investigations
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate execution of the product inventory management related tasks: receiving, picking & packing, replenishment, inventory audits and investigation, cycle count, and other tasks directed by management

  • Ability to lift boxes up to 20 lb and reach to shelves above shoulder height level
  • Ability to climb stairs
  • Ability to work the general duties related to a warehouse environment
