Job Description

Journeyman/woman Plumber/ GasfitterWe are looking for a Journeyman/ woman Plumber/ Gasfitter who is seeking a full-time position specializing in heating. Mac’s Heating has a commitment to professional excellence and expects only the best from their service technicians. Listed below are a representation of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • Gas and Oil -Fired Heating Boiler Service and Installation
  • Domestic Hot Water Systems
  • Gas and Oil-Fired Burners
  • Backflow preventers
  • Pumps for Heating and Cold water boosting
  • Fans for Pressurization and Exhaust
  • Plumbing
In addition to the previous duties, the successful candidate must also be a creative thinker, possess strong troubleshooting skills, work together in a team environment, energetic, physically fit and have an excellent customer service attitude. Having a current drivers license and drivers abstract is required.In the past few years we have seen more technological advances in all previous years combined. Mac’s Heating performs commissioning and warranty work for Viessmann boilers with CPRO certification, Weishaupt burners and most major equipment manufacturers.Here is an example of the type of customer that use our Heating and Mechanical services:
