Job Description

Junior Creative Research Associate Come work with us! You’ll love it. Stocksy United is looking for a Junior Creative Research Associate to join our growing Creative Research team.Purpose:As a Junior Creative Research Associate, reporting directly to the Creative Research Lead, you will be responsible for supporting our clients and representing the Stocksy collection by curating custom galleries according to our client’s creative content requests.Reports to: Creative Research LeadLocation: RemoteRole type: Independent ContractorHours: 20 hours/week, 9:00am to 1:00pm PST, Monday to Friday (or as agreed upon with Team Lead)Start Date: November 2022Compensation: $20-24 USD/hr, 15 days paid vacation, education allowance, opportunity for growth and development within the role and teamYou are:

  • A big fan of the Stocksy collection, recognizing the nuances of what makes it exciting and unique
  • Organized, efficient, and motivated to follow team processes and prioritize projects effectively in order to provide a high level of support to our clients
  • Perceptive and methodical enough to be able to decode and summarize our clients’ sometimes complex creative materials and able to ask the right questions when more details are needed
  • An excellent communicator who enjoys remote team-based environments while also comfortable working independently
  • Open to accepting and giving feedback, and eager to take risks, make mistakes, learn, and grow with the team
You have:
  • 1-3 years in roles communicating with and supporting clients
  • Experience prioritizing and working on multiple projects daily in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong understanding of visual media trends and passion for visual culture
  • Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams while also working independently & autonomously
Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing support to our clients by taking their project details and brand perspective and curating custom galleries based on their content needs
  • Work directly with the Stocksy Sales team to fulfill our clients’ projects in an efficient and organized manner
  • Master the various Stocksy site search tools available to discover the most relevant and meaningful content for our clients’ needs
  • Communicate with clarity, thoroughness, professionalism, and open-mindedness with team members working across several time zones
  • Identify areas of opportunity for collection growth based on learnings from our clients’ projects
  • Continuously familiarize yourself with the ever-expanding Stocksy collection in order to stay informed of new content and aware of emerging creative and aesthetic trends
