View.In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering person-centred care, working with a dedicated team to improve the quality of life for our residents. As an LPN, you’ll:

• Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide comprehensive care and support for complex cases.
• Take pride in administering medications, conducting assessments, and creating individualized care plans for residents.
• Promote wellness through innovative programs that enhance both physical and emotional well-being.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology like Point-Click Care and EMAR to maintain accurate, up-to-date records, ensuring the highest standard of care.
• Lead by example, demonstrating our ministry values and servant leadership principles to build trust and positive relationships with residents, their families, and your team.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma
• Current registration in good standing with BCCNM.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Availability to work consistent shifts over the weekend.

Available Lines Enjoy 4-hour short shifts during the day, providing medication support as an LPN. With a unique schedule of 3 days on and 3 days off, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., find the perfect balance between work and life while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
