It is our philosophy to provide our clients with professional service, while at the same time, maintaining a positive work environment for our employees._Who We're Looking For_We are looking for a seasoned Personal Lines Supervisor to help lead our personal lines team at our head office in Brentwood Bay.The successful applicant will possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience in personal lines with current and up-to-date knowledge
  • At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience
  • An active level 2 general insurance license
  • A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to work in-person at our Brentwood Bay office

_Working Conditions_Hours of work will fall into the office’s opening hours, however not earlier than 8:30 am nor later than 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The incumbent will be based out of our head office in Brentwood Bay and will be expected to work in that office to fulfill their supervisor duties.If you have your level 2 general insurance license, a passion for personal lines insurance, some great experience working as a supervisor or manager, and the desire to work as part of a great team, please connect with us_ – we want to hear from you!_Job Type: Full-time
