Aloha Team Victoria!We at Poke Fresh are a local, take-out restaurant that specializes in Hawaiian food! Our culinary influence stems from the tropical islands themselves and we are looking to bring that amazing experience to the lovely region of Vancouver Island! We also have a HUGE focus on maintaining a reduced eco-footprint and keeping our practices environmentally friendly.Tasks and Responsibilities:- Prep poke bowl ingredients- Take orders and serve beautiful poke bowls to customers!- Keep store clean- Engage with customers- Interview and hire new recruits- Put in orders from vendors based on already done inventory (All staff help with daily inventory)- Cover no-show shifts- Make sure operations run smoothly- SchedulingRequirements:- Charismatic and friendly personality- Able to work in a team as a responsible contributor- Able to handle fast paced environment- Food Safe Level 1- Serving It RightPay:During the training position the first 3 months will be at $20Assisted management will then be $21/hrUnassisted Manager will be $22/hrWe are a very small operation and we have found the best way to accumulate a sufficient amount of hours for our manager is to split the work between both locations.
