• Support the Project Controls Lead in the development of Project Control improvements, processes, and procedures for new Waterfront projects
• Responsible for weekly earned value management reporting, analysis, and communication
• Implement daily management to ensure alignment between schedule, progress, cost, planning and change management databases
• Participate in the development and maintenance of a suite of project control metrics and reports used for briefing internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze complex operational and performance issues; generate insights and data driven solutions to optimize performance
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate project/program health, and highlight challenges and opportunities
• Generate and circulate weekly and monthly performance reports, and associated analysis and narrative to inform management of progress, risks, and issues
• Provide administrative support to project teams, including:
  • assisting in the management and reporting of project resources, risk, opportunities, and issues
  • Scheduling and facilitating stakeholder meetings
  • Supporting project stakeholder management and communications
  • Managing and maintaining project documents as required
  • Producing reports and presentations for board reviews, progress meetings, etc. as required
  • Carry out document and records management (electronic and hard copy filing, archiving) ensuring compliance with Document Control processes
• Ensure production of accurate project, programme and operational reporting in the required format and in accordance with required deadlines
• Work closely with key stakeholders to develop and enhance dashboards and reports to craft the narrative of overall project/program performance
• Coordinate project collaboration including tracking and following up on timelines and deliverables, progress reports and action items
• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned to support business needs.

• Proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, meaning that you must have received the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine approved by the Government of Canada with the final dose at least 14 days prior to your start date
