Our focus is on delivering exceptional service and results, learning new techniques, advancing our capabilities, and of course, having an exceptional team environment!Who You Are:As a Patient Experience Co-ordinator, you will be ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative and facility maintenance between three multidisciplinary clinics. The ideal candidate is someone with experience working in a dynamic office with similar duties, but we will train someone that shows related skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • A Can-Do Attitude: Positive, self-starters who rise to the challenge and take personal responsibility for solutions and results. Approaches work with a positive attitude, has great people skills, and a sense of humour.
  • Hands-on experience working with various administrative software.
  • Customer Empathy: Delivering relevant value to customers by listening, understanding, and reflecting what is heard and providing solutions. Exceptional customer service ethic including initiative and high expectations for quality.
  • Humble: Respectfully collaborating in the best interest of the customer, company, team, and self.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities, detail oriented, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible schedule availability.
  • Experience with Jane Clinic Management software and billing insurance companies is considered an asset.
The Role:
  • Welcoming patients and providing excellent hospitality.
  • Schedule and appointment management.
  • Health Insurance billing.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
  • Working with practitioners to optimize their schedules.
  • Management of multiple projects and work assignments with little supervision.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and interacting with people all day.
  • Management of clinic cleaning protocols and laundry.
