Keep reading to find out if this role is meant for you!What youll be doing...As the Stockroom Supervisor you will be leading a team of stockroom and warehouse staff in the day-to-day workflow of Inventory Control, overseeing all daily activities. This individual will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and assigning work, including shipping and receiving, counter sales support, daily meetings, lost sales review, cycle counting and variance investigation, etc. They will be able to effectively lead a team in a fast paced enviroment and quickly switch gears to keep up changing priorities in the stockroom.The Stockroom Supervisor will be responsible for hiring, training, performance management of stockroom employees, while ensuring compliance of safe work practices. The successful candidate will be able to ensure the department meets budget while controlling operational costs.
