Primary duty will be to ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures helping with staff recruitment you are also responsible for developing the staff to be successful and grow through clearly defined goals and constructive feedback.Duties & Responsibilities:Act as a liaison between Head Office and various clients locations by making regular visits to stores and locations.Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growthProtection of Intellectual Property and other confidential information such as company policies, staff performance, compensation and company strategies ect.Ensure all team members in your district are adhering to company standards by having an excellent understanding and enforcing The Company Policy & Procedures, Company Handbook.Regularly audit staff,Hiring employees, reducing employee turnover and managing wages in collaboration with Human Resources departmentRetain your team members by nurturing their potential, pointing out areas for improvement, utilizing conflict resolution techniques and collaborating with HR about possible issues; create a positive and supportive work environment where you are professional, approachable, non-judgmental and unbiasedTake a 360-degree approach in providing feedback and reviewing employee performance. Issue verbal and written warnings as well as termination notices. Collaborate with HR frequently on employee satisfaction, engagement and strategies for performance improvement; this will enable HR to identify skill gaps and plan training programsMake independent decisions to ensure situations and issues are handled appropriately and in a timely mannerFirst point of contact for store break-ins/theft, follow up with necessary and take all appropriate steps to forestall a reoccurrenceEnsuring new clients are set up to standard and take care of logistics for new location(s) as well as coordinating with new hires and distributing uniforms and any site equipment as needed.Collaborate and communicate with other District Managers to support each other’s growth for overall store success; including revolving weekend accessibilityPerform other duties as requiredRequirements:Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a positive and can-do attitudeBuild strong relationships with both employees and clientsMust be flexible and have open availability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - individually and as part of a teamStrong problem identification and conflict management skills with a proven record in overcoming objectionsMinimum 3 years of Management experienceMust possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle to travel throughout Victoria and surrounding areasMust be located in Greater Victoria British ColumbiaIf you qualify for this position, submit your resume, cover letter,We wish to thank all applicants for their interest.
