Here, you can help shape the future of insurance, win as a team, and grow with us.About the role:If you are a curious person, with a drive for spending your time scrolling through social media platforms, come put your social media skills to work.In this permanent role as a Surveillance Coordinator and Social Media Researcher in the Investigative Services Unit (ISU), you will use your skills and curiosity to research social media sites to complete assignments, manage and transcribe data and collaborate with our surveillance team.This role will give you the chance to:

  • Research various social media sites and prepare reports on your findings for assignments referred to the ISU by our claims teams
  • Work closely with our adjusters on files
  • Track and update logs and spreadsheets
  • Schedule surveillance assignments for all surveillance specialists in the unit
  • Complete other administrative duties as required
What you bring to the table:
  • Experience navigating social media platforms and ability to find creative solutions to generate strong evidence for our files
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and ability to create schedules for individuals
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and decision-making skills; inquisitive by nature and the ability to multitask
  • 2 years claims experience within the Property and Casualty industry an asset
  • Capable of working with highly confidential material and information
  • Proficient with technology and the ability to learn new systems, skills, and knowledge in a virtual environment
