Job Description

In support of our Education practice in British Columbia, we require a Trainer/Business Expert to work collaboratively with the Learning Management Team in BC. This key position will be a key member of both the Learning Management team as well as the Agile Team supporting problem management and product enhancements.Key Responsibilities:Product DocumentationDevelopment and delivery of user trainingLevel 3 support and problem solvingLiaise with Level 1 & 2 service desksScheduling user and team trainingAssist with developing functional specifications for enhancementsAssessing feasibility and impacts of proposed changes to the systemAssist with the development of release notes, communications, implementation plans, change management and business process redesign.Supporting the professional growth of team members.Liaison with Ministry on proposed changesTesting of application changesMandatory Skills and Experience:Experience in K-12 Education sector (5 years)Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environmnet with diverse personalities, as well as ability to perform knowledge sharing. (3-5 years)Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with external and internal customers, including senior management. (5 years)Able to manage multiple conflicting priorities, reprioritize tasks, establish priorities, work independently and meet deadlines (5years)Demonstrated competency in learning delivery techniques and methods and experience in the development and delivery of user training (5 years)Familiarity or experience with various online delivery toolsDesirable:Familiarity with Aspen Student Information System or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsApplication testing experienceAbility to think and act independently and to thrive in a dynamic environmentDemonstrated experience in supporting BC School Districts#LI-HM1Fujitsu at a GlanceFujitsu is a leading information and communication technology (ICT) company, headquartered in Japan, offering a full range of technology products, solutions, and services.
