Job Description

We’re a marketing agency that’s been entrusted with driving the marketing strategy and creating growth for 8- and 9-figure organizations in industries as diverse as disruptive cryptocurrencies, wearable smart devices, innovation platforms, consumer packaged pharmaceuticals, addiction treatment and climate restoration, to name a few.We are looking for a Head of Marketing Operations to help drive operational excellence. In this role, you will be working closely with the VP Operations and CEO to improve operational effectiveness and develop SOPs. You will also be responsible for coordinating a team to ensure initiatives are seamlessly executed. Specifically, you will be responsible to lead, plan, and execute on all facets of the marketing operations for a portfolio of clients. You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with our teams to derive and provide insights that support the growth and management of the business.If you love taking the lead, inspiring a team, and want to witness first hand how your work has a direct impact on a brand's success - we want to work with you! This position can be either out of our harbourfront Victoria, Canada office, or remote within North America. We would gladly assist you and your family in relocation related expenses if you are chosen for this position and decide to move.A few key traits about you:

Some of the experience you have:
  • 3 or more years of experience running operations for a team.
  • 2 or more years of experience in digital marketing or advertising at a brand or agency.
  • Strong analytical skills to help inform creative decision and identify areas of opportunity.
