Job Description

  • Window Cleaning.
  • Heavy Lifting of Ladders
  • Gutter Cleaning.
  • Moss Removal.
  • Pressure Washing.
  • Working at heights
  • Working in the all-weather (Rain or shine).
  • Entering and logging up-to-date notes for each job.
  • Speaking with and communicating with clients.
  • Driving work trucks
  • Maintaining work equipment
Required Abilities for the Job:
  • Ability to be a team player and work with both kindness and honesty.
  • Ability to listen to and follow directions.
  • Must Have Fall Safe to work ( if you dont have A1 will pay for this Certification)
  • Ability to climb ladders.
  • Ability to learning new skills.
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Ability to work safely
  • Ability to work with another individual.
  • Ability to work in warm/cold/rainy weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
  • Ability to drive
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
Desired Experience and Requirements:
  • High school Completion or Equivalent.
  • Valid, Class 5 License. ( N will not be accepted.)
  • Clean Drivers Abstract.
  • Active cell phone with running data plan
  • Previous Window Cleaning Skills (Previous exterior cleaning experience is preferred)
  • No previous injuries that would hinder your ability to work.
Salary and Benefits: · Starting wage begins at $22/ hr ( no experience) with a lot of room to climb! $22 for no experience to start. If you have experience we the starting wage will be indicative of your skill set.( $25 - $35 / hourz)· Option for overtime hours· Additional bonuses and cash payouts will occur based on onsite sales and up-sells.- benefits are available after probation periodAdditional Info: Please apply with an updated resume that includes your name, age, and number to be contacted at.
