Job Description

As a casual Administrative Associate within CBI Health, you will be the face and voice of this accredited, innovative community health care organization providing high-quality services in our Eagle Creek clinic.This is a casual role with no fixed hours, the clinic is open Monday to Friday from 7 am to 4 pm and is located at 29 Helmcken Road.The range for this role is expected to be $17.00- $18.00 per hour. The rate will be commensurate with education and experience of the successful candidate.As Administrative Associate, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients & office visitors
  • Screen and direct calls, greet visitors and respond to inquiries via phone/email
  • Schedule client appointments
  • Perform general office duties and provide administrative & clerical support
  • All team members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination upon hire or provide a valid medical exemption
To take on the role of Administrative Associate you must have:
  • 1 to 3 years experience in a reception/customer service role
  • Professional, upbeat, warm approach towards customer service
  • Effective analytical, multi-tasking, organization & problem-solving skills
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Post-secondary education in medical office/business administration would be an asset
