If you think you have what it takes to join our team, we want to meet you!Job DescriptionAs a key member of a national leading Security Company, the Security Professional will:Apply their decision-making and strong communication skills to all duties and responsibilities related to Site Security and SafetyEnsure that the Site Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site Emergencies.Follow Post Orders for each site postedTypical Duties and Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service and assistance and sustain effective relationships with clients and patronsConduct proactive patrols to ensure safety and address policy breaches, and note any concernsAttend and investigate security alarms and emergencies in a timely and professional mannerDe-escalate crisis situations, provide support and liaise with emergency personnel, including; police, fire and paramedic resourcesExercise crowd control and evict trespassersWrite clear and detailed reports including incident, emergency, liability and day to day reportsUtilize two-way radios and computer applications to communicate site activitiesHandle Lost & Found items and inquiresJob Requirements:Holding an Alberta Security License, or can obtain a valid Alberta Security LicenseClass 5 Unrestricted Drivers LicenseExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent customer service skillsStrong observational skillsAbility to make immediate decisions while maintaining composure in emergency response situations with minimal supervisionAbility to walk 18/20km and stairsPlease check out www.paladinsecurity.com for more information about how you can become the Paladin difference.Quick Apply
