Position : Tire Sales and Services SupervisorTerms of Employment : Temporary/Full-time PositionWage : $ 22.00 / hrCompany : Sibs Tire Services LtdLocation of Work : 2241 Airport Rd, Wabasca Alberta T0G 2K0Language of work: EnglishMain duties:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Sell tires and merchandise
• Repair and balance tire
• Provide on-site services
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Prepare production and other reports

• Set up machines and equipment
• Operate various equipment and machinery
• Prepare invoice for the services provided to customers
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as shop displays, signage and cleanliness
• May perform key holding and managerial duties if required, such as opening and closing the shop, and signing for deliveries.

Skills Requirements:

• Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination,
• Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling
• Secondary School completion
• At least 1 year experience in tire industry
• Must know how to repair and balance tires. Do tire patch and setting up machine and equipment
