Salary: $75k - 150k per year + benefitsReference: TBH Broker CANWe are actively hiring Freight Brokers for an asset based 3PL. Your work ethic will determine your pay! The company has several flatbed trucks! That is a huge advantage as a lot of Customers only want to work with Freight Brokers that have their own assets and gives you an advantage over other Brokers in the country.Requirements:

• Have a current book of business as a Freight Broker
• Must be a self-starter who is willing to work with our existing Customers and work on expanding their own Customer base.
• Handle all operations and communications with customers and carriers
• Manage current customers while developing relationships with other Customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong multi – tasker who is super-fast at navigating multiple computer applications (E-mails, DAT Key Point, DAT Power, HubSpot, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
• Must be willing to have professional communication with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers
