· Prepares, produces, and bakes breakfast pastries, breads, rolls, and some desserts.· Sets time and temperature controls for convection oven, or proofing cabinet, so that ingredients will be mixed or cooked according to instructions.· Ensures all baked goods are completed on time for display.· Maintains adequate supply of all prepared products on hand and ensures the proper storage and refrigeration.· Lines up baked products in mobile carts according to the needs of the outlet or function and arranges the display case in an appealing manner.· Cleans, breaks down, and puts away all baking equipment including ovens, mixers, proofers, floors, freezers, and refrigerators.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 40 per weekSalary: From $16.00 per hourAdditional pay:
